THE ITEM I RECEIVED DOES NOT FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

All listing are proved with a tag size as well as measurements of the garment and approximate sizes if we believe that in todays sizing differs from the one shown on the tag, assuring that you understand the size of the item that you are purchasing. Due to this, we DO NOT except returns based on the fact that it does not fit. Due to this please ensure that you have checked the size of the item that you are purchasing. 

Measurements we use are Top to Bottom (Top of Shoulder to Bottom of Garment) and Pit to Pit (Arm Pit to Arm Pit). Should you wish for more please feel free to message us.

WHAT DOES VINTAGE MEAN?

Vintage mean a large majority of our pieces have not been made in the past 10 years, are second hand and have the pre loved look. 95% is in amazing condition for its age but due to being vintage may have slight ware, tiny holes or minor marks. Items that have more significant flaws will have it in the description such as more major stains etc. We believe that the flaws are what makes the product, normally the more flaws the more vintage the feel is. WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment through credit or debit card. We also offer Lay Buy and After Pay. 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Through our website we currently only deliver NZ wide. However if you are wanting to purchase an item from outside of NZ please contact us via Instagram (@novibesvintage) and if the item is still available we are more than happy to quote you a shipping cost, it is generally around $20NZD to Australia and $25-30NZD to the USA UNTRACKED. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will try to package and send out orders as soon as possible, however we ask that you allow 1-2 days for processing your order, and 1-4 days shipping time in NZ. 

ARE ALL DELIVERIES TRACKED?

All shipping includes tracking. Once you have purchased your item/s we will send you through and email with your tracking information so you are able to see where it is. 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

All items are sourced from both the USA and Europe/UK as well as Australia.
